Want a mouth-watering sandwich? How about hot pastrami & mustard, or a tuna melt? Be sure to start with good bread, and our New York Rye is just the ticket. We make it from scratch, use slow fermentation, hand-shape every loaf, and bake it on the hearth. It has a hearty crust, spongy interior, and wonderful rye flavor. We think it's as good as or better than any light rye out there, including those from the Big Apple.
