Rishi Earl Grey Tea Sachets, 15 ct: A British tea classic, Earl Grey is the most widely enjoyed black tea blend in the world. Earl Grey dates back to the nineteenth century tea trade when Charles Grey, the 2nd Earl Grey, was presented with a gift of Taitaicha (tea scented with citrus blossoms) during his travels in Canton. After Grey returned home, his namesake tea became wildly popular when the tea salons of Europe infused black teas with the essence of the bergamot citrus fruit that grows in Reggio Di' Calabria, Italy. This organic Earl Grey combines robust and fruity Thai black tea with mellow character and caramel flavors of Yunnan Dian Hong. This original blend perfectly complements the floral high notes of geranium and rose found in the first-pressing bergamot essential oil. Tasting Notes: Smooth and lively with the unique citrusy, floral aroma of bergamot oranges. (We will replace this with Teapigs Green Tea Pyramids, there is currently an Earl Grey shortage.)
DLM Toasted Walnut Cinnamon Coffee Cake: This coffee cake is made with high fat French-style butter in the classic Bundt-shape with a perfectly browned, caramelized exterior and a moist, dense interior. No trans-fats, which are so common in most coffee cakes today. Our pastry chefs swirl in generous amounts of cinnamon and toasted walnuts for a balance of flavor.
DLM French Blueberry Pound Loaf: With its rich and moist interior filled with blueberries, it's a great alternative to the usual breakfast or brunch treat!
