Hoosier Hill Farm Marzipan is a sweet and nutty confection that’s perfect for baking and candy making! Made from select blanched almonds blended with sugar, marzipan is a candy dough that can be rolled, modeled and shaped into all sorts of confections! It can also take the place of fondant or modeling chocolate when decorating cakes. Our bulk marzipan comes to you in a convenient resealable container that’s perfect for commercial bakeries and kitchens. 

How to Use: At room temperature, marzipan is easy to roll out into thin sheets or scoop and sculpt into decorations. To prevent sticking when working with marzipan, we recommend dusting your work surface with a thin layer of powdered sugar. To tint marzipan different colors when making candies or decorations, add a couple drops of liquid or gel food coloring to a portion of marzipan, then knead with clean hands to distribute the color evenly. 

Storage: Store unopened marzipan in a cool, dry place. Once opened, we recommend refrigerating opened marzipan in an airtight container or wrapped tightly in plastic food wrap for up to three months. Bring marzipan to room temperature before using for the most workable texture.
