Our clowder of Cats is a 7-piece box of playful delight. Joining our beloved morello cherry Black Cats are, new this season, hand-piped and hand-striped Tabbies — milk chocolate-enrobed felines of caramelized cashew and hazelnut ganache. Ready to pounce, with cashew tails curled up high, orange peel ears alert, and mischievous expressions.
Personality from Nose to Tail
They may be playful and gregarious or shy and sweet. Perhaps stealthy, companionable, protective, or affectionate. All cats have their own decided personalities. Inspired by our love of the sometimes-finicky felines, our hand-crafted Chocolate Cats are hand-piped ganache with lushly plump cashew tails, orange peel ears, and chocolate eyes and noses, all applied carefully by hand. Whether enrobed in dark chocolate or hand-striped, they exhibit their own unique attributes; the twist of a tail, the turn of an ear — no two are alike.
All our gourmet chocolates and pastries are made with only natural ingredients and without artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives.
