Beneath the light-hearted packaging lies our gravely serious commitment to chocolate excellence. The Coffin Assortment was created as a Halloween companion to our beloved Chocolate Ghosts. The Head Chocolatier’s dinner conversation with a close friend led to the x-eyed, mischievous Chocolate Mouse and soon the collection expanded with miniature Chocolate Ghost, crescent moon, spiky garnishes, spicy ganaches, black salt, and dark licorice root. A deep, delicious dive into the delights of the spookiest season.
