This is believed to guarantee no surface pathogens while not affecting the 'meat' of the nut. SunOrganic Farm RAW ORGANIC ALMONDS are California grown and unpasteurized. When you place an order for our Organic Raw Almonds, you authorize us, as your agent, to travel to a California Almond grower and pick up your required quantity for delivery to you.
