The Bearded Butchers Tomato Basil Bratwurst DIY Kit

Our Tomato Basil Seasoning is a full flavored blend with rich, tangy, sundried tomatoes and that unmistakable fresh basil taste that perfectly complement each other. This seasoning is excellent in pork or chicken bratwursts, or for use on smoked/dried meats like chicken jerky! Pair this blend with some Hi Temp Mozzarella cheese when making your bratwursts for a deliciously creamy indulgence!

1 pack of Bratwurst size 32mm Collagen Casing (2 strands) 
 

Ingredients: Salt, Sundried Tomato (Contains Sulfur Dioxide for Color Retention), Spices (Including Basil), Tomato Powder, Dextrose, Garlic Powder, Rice Flour, Citric Acid.  Contains: Sulfites 1020 ppm
